KRL Infratech India Limited was founded in 2007 by Late Shri Pawan Kumar Lakhotia, whose 35+ years of experience in industrial operations and management laid the foundation for the company.

His leadership established a clear way of working — combining discipline with fairness, and decision-making with accountability. This approach continues to guide KRL's operations, ensuring that growth is supported by strong values and structured execution.

Over the years, KRL has built a steady presence across multiple steel plants, working closely within operational environments and developing long-term industry relationships.

What We Do

KRL supports core operational functions within iron and steel plants through specialised, process-linked services.

Our scope includes slag handling and processing, metal recovery from slag and by-products, scrap handling and processing, skull handling, and in-plant material logistics.

These services are delivered across critical areas of plant operations, including blast furnace processes and steel melt shop environments, enabling controlled handling of materials and continuity across production cycles.

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Piyush Kumar Lakhotia brings expertise in finance, governance, and strategic planning. Since joining KRL in 2008, he has led financial structuring, compliance systems, and long-term organisational development.

Manish Kumar Lakhotia

With a Master's degree in International Marketing from the University of Leeds (UK), Manish Kumar Lakhotia leads operations, business development, and safety systems at KRL. His focus is on strengthening on-ground execution, scaling operations, and building long-term partnerships across the steel industry.
